Orders & Payments

Pickup orders are arranged directly with us by WhatsApp or phone, and confirmed by our team before preparation begins. Prices shown are in Georgian Lari (GEL) and may be updated without prior notice. Payment for pickup orders is handled in person or as agreed when you place your order.

Delivery

Delivery orders are fulfilled through our partner, Wolt. Delivery availability, fees, and order tracking are governed by Wolt's own terms of service once you're directed to their platform.

Cancellations & Refunds

For order changes, please contact us as soon as possible at +995 571 530 290 or WhatsApp. Refund eligibility depends on order status at the time of your request. Delivery order refunds are handled through Wolt.
